Mrs. Annie Mae Munn Smith Whitfield 78, passed on Mon. April 15, 2019 at Cape Fear Valley Health Systems, Fayetteville, NC. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 19, 2019 at one pm at BTW School Gym. Pastor Samuel Bellamy, eulogist. Burial will follow in the Cromartie Hill Cemetery, Clarkton. Viewing will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2019 from 2 till 6 pm and at the gym prior to the services. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Leo Whitfield, and nine children, Lee King, Anthony Smith, Terry Smith, Mary Shaw, Agusta Smith, Patty Smith, Micheal Smith,Dennis Smith, and Theresa Davis, sisters, Avis Williams, Helen Anthony, Hazel Leach, Alene Hatcher, Bessie Leavens and brothers, Jessie Munn and Arthur Munn.
