Mother Blanchie Elizabeth Jones Lennon 87, of 239 Church Lane, Whiteville, NC., died on April 16, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 1 pm at Welches Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor Fredrick Bryant, burial to follow in the Welches Creek Cemetery, Whiteville, NC. Viewing will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church. Survivors are two daughters, Delphia Bullock and Shelba Dawson of Whiteville, NC, sisters Savader Powell, Rev. Helen Johnson and Virginia McKoy of Whiteville, NC.,Ellen Debnan of Norlina, NC., one brother Herbert Jones of Whiteville, NC., 12 grand children, 31 great grandchildren and 3 great great grands, a host of relatives and friends.

Viewing will be held at the funeral home from 2 till 6 on Sunday and one hour prior to the church service on Monday.
