Obituary
Ms. Carolyn Greene passed on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte NC. A celebration of her life will be held on October 9, 2022 at 11 am at Love Grove FWB church. She is survived by a daughter Shenell Greene, a son Senior Chief/Ret. Kendrick Greene, four grandchildren: Jo'Nathan Mckoy, Antwan Jones, Tariq Ballinger and Kendrick Ballinger Greene Jr.; seven sisters: Stella Barden, Mildred Mahoney, Lounell Greene, Diane Austin, Liz McLean, Annice Greene, and Janice Carey; four brothers: Kenneth Greene, Samuel Greene, Bobby Greene and James Greene; special aunts Gracie George and Betty Baldwin; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends. Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 08, 2022 from 3 till 7 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Welches Creek Cemetery, Whiteville, NC.
