Mr. Derrick Lewis of Whiteville, NC. passed on December 18, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11 am in the Clarkton Entertainment Center. Burial will follow in the Lewis Family Cemetery, Evergreen, NC. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the funeral home chapel from 1 till 4 and one hour prior to the services. He is survived by his parents; Mr. Rickey Junior Lewis and Tondia Marie Lewis, sister; Peggy Lewis Carter ( Brian), two nieces; Jazmine and Jayla; honorary brother Jakeem Lewis, grand parents; John and Patricia Gary, great grand mother, Catherine Jarrett, aunts; Barbara Easley, Carrie Shirden, Jeanette Lewis, Gearldine Pratt, Virginia Lewis, Donna Walker, Jeannett Sutton, Precola Jones, Bertha Gary, uncles; Lonnie Lewis, L V Lewis, Larry Lewis, Patrick Lewis and John Gay Jr., and a host of other relatives and friends.
