Obituary

A memorial service for Jack will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mitchell Funeral Home at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Rd., Goldsboro, NC 27534. Jack is survived by his wife, Katherine Johnson Rouse, two children, Patrick and Peter Rouse; siblings; Jerry Rouse, Minnie Boone, Patricia Rouse, Bertha Powell, Nathaniel Powell and James Powell.
