Funeral services will be held at Rehoboth AME Zion church on Saturday, March 09, 2024 at 3 pm. Burial will be on Sunday, March 10, 2024 in the Welches Creek Cemetery, Whiteville, NC., at 10 am. Mr. Troy is survived by his mother, Ms. Barbara Troy, three children, Carson, Peytann and Jameson Troy, sister, Shawn Watson, two brothers, Craig Moore and Terry Troy, uncles, James (Ted) Moore and Harold Troy, aunts, Sarah Williams, Alice Batiste, Marie Spaulding, Mary Palmore, Patricia Moore, Nellie Moore and Evelyn Troy.
