Leon Powell

Mr. Leon Powell 80, passed on Tuesday February 25, 2020 at Cape Fear Valley Bladen Center in Elizabethtown, NC.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 01, 2020 in the funeral home chapel at 2 pm. Reverend Franklin Graham will deliver the eulogy, burial will follow in the Jones Cemetery, Clarkton, NC.  Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at the funeral home from 1-6 pm and at the funeral home until time of the service.  He is survived by his wife of the home, Mrs. Annie Ruth Powell,  step mother, Mrs. Jettie Ruth Powell, four children, Faye Blanks, Doris Powell, Angeline Powell and Leon Edward Powell, two sisters, Gloria Douglass and Doris Griffin, one brother, Kenneth (Bo) Arnold.  A service of Union Funeral Home.
